One rate, agreed upfront, so cost is never something you have to guess at before you start.
Session fees
£130
per 50-minute session
There is no free consultation and no sliding scale here. A single fee of £130 covers a 50-minute session with an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist, and it stays the same whatever brings you to therapy or how the work develops from there. Deciding the price case by case would mean judging your circumstances before anyone has properly assessed them, so we settle it upfront and apply it evenly instead.
That fee buys the session itself: fifty minutes of focused clinical time over secure video, whether that’s an assessment, ongoing therapy, or a review of how things are progressing. Nothing is added on top for booking, for the get-started questionnaire, or for the short administrative contact around arranging appointments.
Payment is by bank transfer or card, taken in advance of each session rather than invoiced afterwards. If you intend to claim the cost through health insurance, mention it while completing get started, and we’ll talk through what your particular policy tends to require, such as a referral letter or pre-authorisation.
Cancelling or moving a session needs at least 48 hours’ notice. That slot is reserved for you alone once it’s booked, so shorter notice than that may still mean the full fee is charged, in fairness to the time held open on your behalf.
Once you’ve sent through the get-started questionnaire, our clinical team aims to reply within 24 hours on working days with next steps and a proposed first appointment.
